Munnar is situated at around 5200 ft above sea level in the western ghats mountain range, The hill station had been the summer resort of the British during the colonial era. Munnar is known as the Kashmir of the south. Every year, thousands of travelers reached here to see its beautiful landscapes covered with tea plantations, virgin forests, rolling hills, scenic valleys, numerous streams, etc. The most pleasant weather throughout the year makes the hill station one of the favorite destinations in India. The journey through the picturesque valleys and mountains will take away all your worries and the fresh air rejuvenates your soul.
There are many other beautiful attractions nearby. Eravikulam National Park is one among them. It’s started to protect the habitat of the endangered Nilgiri Tahr. Other must-visit attractions are Mattupetty dam, Top station, and Tata Tea Museum. Visiting the tea museum will give you an idea about the history of this place and its people. Even though, the weather is pleasant throughout the year, the best time to visit Munnar is during winter times (October to February). The minimum temperature during this time of the year drops to ten degrees Celsius and is perfect for a
vacation or a honeymoon.

Day 01:
Pick up from Cochin Airport/Alwaye Railway Station Check in into a hotel and the rest of the day in the hotel
Day 02:
Morning 09;00 breakfast at hotel. After breakfast by 09;30 you will be guided to Munnar Tea Musem. After exploring here, we will go to Eravilkulam National Park (Feb & Mar closed) which is famous for its Nilgiri Thar and beautiful landscapes. After lunch will drive to the Marayoor village to see the centuries old Dolmens and Sandalwoods Forest. Once we are done at Marayoor we will be back to the hotel by 6 Pm.
Day 03:
Breakfast at the hotel by 09:00. And sight-seeing will be starting from 09:30 Am. The guide will come to the hotel lobby and take you to second day activities. Morning journey to Top station viewpoint, on the way we will visit Mattupetty dam, Eco point. After that will drive to a nearby agricultural village named Vattavada which is well known for its vegetable and fruit farming. In Vattavada, will visit strawberry and vegetable farms and see the village’s beautiful landscapes. After that we will go back to Munnar.
Day 04:
Breakfast at hotel 8:30 and leisure time until checkout. Airport drop by 12 PM
